Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents, William and Carol. He is survived by his siblings, Cheryl Golden, Bill Taulman and Tony Frazier; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, beloved friends, and his fur-babies, Wilma Sue and Bubby.
Jeff loved spending time with his family and extensive network of friends, as well as spending time with his dogs, whom he adored. His drive in life was to care for his friends, his family, and for all animals.
Jeff's favorite activities included cooking, creating the best costumes every Halloween, gathering friends and family for game night or a spontaneous dinner, and attending concerts of his favorite bands. He loved the outdoors, going fishing with his brother Bill, and going camping, boating, and swimming.
A very creative soul, Jeff was a passionate wood worker, a craft his father had taught him. Whether it was for his house, his fur babies, or a way to cherish a memory, his creativity was endless - as witnessed by the beautiful bar he had recently designed and built for his basement, the ramps for Wilma Sue to easily navigate to her sleeping spots, as well as the shadow box where he displayed his dad’s knife collection.
He cherished his mother’s quilt, made from her cloths so he could always feel her warmth, as well as relentless shopping for antiques.
If you knew Jeff, you knew his world revolved around his love of animals and his dogs in particular. If you can show your love of Jeff and his life by adopting a pet of your own, he would have loved nothing more. Or, to help continue his legacy, please consider a donation to your local pet rescue in his memory.
