Jeffrey Lane Case

June 15, 1950 — April 5, 2019

Regrettably, the world lost a tenacious pillar on Friday, April 5th 2019 when Jeffrey Lane Case, born June 15th, 1950 in Danville, Illinois, passed away while enjoying life on a holiday. His contributions to the lives of those around him throughout his full are incalculable and the reverberations of his passing will be felt for many years to come. The incredible passion he held for his family, God, softball, and terrible jokes were unsurpassed.

Jeff is survived by his loving wife Alison Case, former spouse Cherie Case, sister Judy Asa, brothers Jim, Larry, and David Case, children Eric (Liz), Chris (Tanya), and Lori, Eryn (Dave) Bassett, Abby (Colin) Campbell, and Clair (Steve) DeMint, nine grandchildren as well as the communities of Avon, Indiana and Danville, Illinois. Jeff’s tremendous legacy will live on through everyone he interacted with both directly and indirectly. In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated following a private family ceremony.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 20th 2019 at Avon Christian Church, 7236 E County Rd 100 S, Avon, IN 46123. To honor Jeff’s heritage, and to continue the positive impact he had to the world, donations in his name can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (www.support.woundedwarriorproject.org) or Cancer Research Foundation (www.cancerresearchfdn.org)
