Jeffrey J Swan

Jeffrey J Swan was born April 6, 1969, and returned to heaven on January 13, 2023, where he was reunited with his grandparents and brother Joel. He will be loved and remembered by his children: Samantha (Marcus) Swan, Joseph Swan, Joshua Swan, and their mother, Larissa. His beloved parents, Fred and Judy will continue to pray for and love their youngest son. His sister Julie, brother-in-law David, niece Alyse, and nephew DJ will make sure his memory and light lives on in their children. He attracted many amazing and loving people into his life like Lisa (Copsey) and her children with whom he has shared many joyous memories, he will live on in their hearts.

Jeffrey had a way of making people feel welcome and comfortable in any setting, always ready with a witty joke or cartoon impersonation. Jeffrey was not one to brag about anything he did but was quick to express his pride in those around him. He made sure to celebrate everyone’s accomplishments through daily phone calls and text messages. He taught his children the importance of commitment, hard work, and a firm handshake. Which he demonstrated throughout his 30-year career with Independent Concrete Pipe, and most recently with Advanced Drainage Systems; where these attributes were recognized through multiple awards.

More important than his many work-related achievements were the lifelong bonds he made with his colleagues, customers, and others.

He showed that love and family are about spending quality time, supporting each other, and always ending the day in gut busting laughter which we will make certain always continues.

Jeffrey’s life will be celebrated with a mass at Our Lady of the Greenwood on Friday, January 20^th at 12pm. A celebration of life will follow next door in Madonna Hall until 3pm. In lieu of flowers we ask that you donate to Riley Children’s Hospital or any charity of your choosing.
