Jeffrey Alan Ralston

Jeff Ralston went to be with the Lord on February 5, 2023. Jeff was a beloved father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend, and we know many will be heartbroken and devastated with his passing. Jeff exemplified what it means to be kind towards others, and many have said that they never met a nicer person than him. He dedicated his life to his family and his favorite passion was spending time with his wife Amy, son Will, and his nieces and nephews. Jeff was also a beloved coach to the U11 Carmel FC soccer team.  He spent hours making sure the boys were able to continue to improve themselves and ensuring they all had equal playing time. His smile would light up a room, and his laugh was contagious.

Jeff went to high school at Trinity in Louisville, KY and college at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.  He settled down in Indianapolis working at Eli Lilly & Company for 23 years. No one dedicated more passion or hours helping to improve patients’ lives through his efforts at Lilly than Jeff did. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and sculpting his “abs, tri’s, and bi’s”.  He had a passion for cooking, smoking barbeque on the Green Egg, and was a loyal University of Louisville football and basketball fan. Jeff was always a kid at heart and no one could beat him at “Name That Tune.” Jeff will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Please pray for Jeff and his family.

Jeff was preceded in his death by his father, William Clarke Ralston II. Jeff is survived by his loving wife Amy, adoring son-William, Mother-Jackie, brothers-Billy (Kathy) and Jon (Ashley), nephews and nieces- Meg Ralston, Zach Ralston, Wyatt Ralston, Gemma Ralston, Cameron Feiber, and Carter Feiber, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Carmel Dads’ Club OR Trinity High School in Louisville, KY.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 10 from 4 pm to 7 pm EST. Additional Visitation will be on Saturday, February 11, from 9:30 am to 11 am EST, with a Service at 11 am, all at Flanner Buchanan – Carmel, 325 E Carmel Dr, Carmel, IN 46032.

Jeff would want this to be a celebration of his wonderful life, so please attend with joy in your hearts.
