Jeanetta K. Mills

Jeanetta K. Mills of New Palestine died peacefully on April 2, 2020 at the age of 78.

She was born January 19, 1942 in Columbus, OH to the late Hugh J. and Hilda V. Harper.

Jeanetta’s interests included worshiping The Lord Our Savior Jesus Christ, caring for her family, doing crossroad puzzles, giving to charities, and reading the daily newspaper. Mom was always a good listener thinking about others and not herself, when it came to giving and helping her family, friends, or even total strangers.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years Winfred E. Mills; children Jeff Mills and Kathleen Melloh; grandchildren Morgan, Jacob and Kristen; and brothers Richard F. Harper and Jerry L. Harper.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Hugh “Jack” Harper II and Robert R. Harper.

The family is holding private services.
