Jean Elizabeth Hansen

JEAN ELIZABETH HANSEN Jean Elizabeth Hansen, 61, passed away Saturday, January 29. She had lived many years with muscular dystrophy and was unable to fight the effects of a recent case of Covid. Jean was born February 17, 1960 in Indianapolis to Margaret Hansen Kahn and Walter E. Hansen Jr. She graduated from Broad Ripple High School and attended Vincennes University.  She was last employed at Steinmart, before retiring in 2012. She loved to travel and went to Asia and to Europe several times. She especially loved annual trips to Florida, walking the boardwalk and dining out. The last few years she derived pleasure being with family and her three cats. Jean is preceded in death by her father Walt and sister Sally. Jean met and married the love of her life, Floyd Miller in 1995 and is survived by him, her mother Margaret and sister Karin.
