Janet Sue Bruns

Janet Sue Bruns, 71, of New Palestine, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2018 with her family by her side.

Janet was born on January 4, 1947 in Indianapolis to the late Harry and Martha Bowers. She was in business with her husband in real estate building homes. She enjoyed playing golf and spending her winters in Venice, Florida, but most importantly she loved being a caring wife, and mother.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 49 years, Wayne Bruns; her two sons, Ryan (Randi) Bruns and Kyle Bruns; sisters, Gloria Schneeman and Jeri Hankins; and a brother, Dan Bowers.

Friends and family are invited to gather from 3:00-7:00pm on Sunday, March 25, 2018 and Monday, from 10:00am-11:00am with a funeral service to follow 11:00am at Flanner Buchanan- Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis.
