Jane Long Yount

95, formerly of Redington Beach, FL, passed away on March 31, 2017 in Carmel, IN. Jane was a fourth grade teacher in Ridgewood, N.J. She was a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Yount. She is survived by her children, David (Eva) Yount, Elizabeth Laichas, Robert (Lynda Roth) Yount and Sally (John) Smith; ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren (four were born in 2016). A memorial service will be held on April 21, 2017 at 2 p.m. with calling one hour prior at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple. A reception will immediately follow the service at Flatwater Restaurant. Burial will take place at Bay Pines National Cemetery, Bay Pines, FL. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project. www.flannerbuchanan.com
