Jim was a man of many interests. He loved reading mystery novels, traveling to new places and also returning to a special warm sunny beach in Cancun. Jim was not a great golfer, a self-proclaimed hacker, but he enjoyed spending time on the golf course with his friends and even has a one hole-in-one to his credit. Jim had a passion for genealogy and loved researching his family history. Above all, Jim loved being “Poppy” cherishing moments shared with his beloved grandson, Emmett.

Jim is survived by his devoted wife, Sharon, of Fishers, IN; son Jason (Katie) Albright of Fishers, IN; his treasured grandson, Emmett James Albright, of Fishers, IN; and his brother Ronald (Kathy) Helm Jr. of West Lafayette, IN.
