James A. "Jimmy" Green

JAMES (JIMMY) A. GREEN, age 80, known to family and friends was born March 3, 1939, in Greenfield South Carolina. He was the son of James A. Green Sr. and Eula M. Hooker. He passed into the Kingdom of the Lord peaceably in his sleep on April 26, 2019.
James (Jimmy), attended grade school in South Carolina, and high school in Indiana. He was employed at General Motors as an inspector and in quality control for 36 years. James (Jimmy) retired in 1996.
In 1982, James (Jimmy), met his soul mate Pauletta Fossett and united in Holy Matrimony May 1984 and shared a 34-year loving relationship. His parents and son Derrick Green also proceeded him in death. James (Jimmy) Green, loved fishing, traveling, boat and car shows.
Mr. Green is survived by his wife Pauletta Green, children Yolanda Green, Kelly Lacy, Angie Martin (Cornelius), Carmen Green, Lisa Massey, Bryon Scott Green (Breanna), Dietra Green and Stepchildren Denise Bellamy (Richard), Sherrell Jackson. Grandchildren 25, Great Grandchildren 48, Great Great Grandchildren 6. Step Grandchildren 5, Step Great Grandchildren 2 and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
