Jakoma David Robinson,

38, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016. He was born on December 7, 1978 in Indianapolis to Hubert and LaMonda (Banks) Robinson. David, as he was known to many, graduated from Broad Ripple High School in 1997. He was currently working as a Manager for Save-a-Lot Grocery Store. David was most proud of his work with the Salvation Army and the ministry he provided there. He is survived by his mother and step-father, LaMonda and Desmond Jones; children, Chenoah and Honovie Robinson; brother, Kevin (Shelby Slayback) Robinson; and fiancé, Cassie Dabney. David was preceded in death by his father; paternal grandmother, Ruby Harris and maternal grandmother, Betty Banks. A Celebration of David’s life will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 3pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
