Jacquelyn Rose Weedon

Jacquelyn Rose Weedon, 71, went home to be with her Lord on August 22, 2017. Jackie was a huge Colt’s fan, and loved IU, NASCAR, boating, and four wheeling with her husband Rick. She spoiled and loved her family. Jackie retired from Eli Lilly after 25 years working in their IT department and moved to the most beautiful home and land you could wish for close to Lake Cumberland. Watching their horses in the pasture and dogs running and playing was like a dream, along with the hundreds of hummingbirds she fed. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Jackson. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Rick, her mother, Fernrose Jackson Altum, son Brett (Kelly) Sawyers, daughter, Dawn Rene (Doug) Koepper, granddaughter, Amanda Koepper, and siblings, Judy Hanlin, Harold Jackson, Jodee Lawson, Michele Rees. Visitation will be held Saturday at Flanner and Buchanan-Broad Ripple, 1305 Broad Ripple Ave., Indpls., from 11-12pm. Funeral services will be held there beginning at 12pm.
