Jacquelyn Belle Bauer

Jacquelyn Belle Bauer 83, of Indianapolis, IN passed away May 23, 2022. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 12, 1938, to the late Willis and Grace (Balay) Kendall. Jacquelyn worked numerous positions over the years of her working mainly working in retail positions. She was a dedicated mother, raising her four children on her own, loving and providing for them. She was her mother’s Care Giver for many years until she passed away. Family was important to her and she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. Jacquelyn is survived by her children, Tanna Gentry, Raymond Kelso, Dale Kelso, Keith Kelso, 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, a great-great grandchild that has not made its appearance yet, and her brother, Bob Keeler. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James Bauer, a granddaughter, Gina Doody, and her sister, Vicki Kendall. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, 3:00-6:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with the service there at 6:00pm. She will be laid to rest at a private service at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, Indiana. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
