Jack Lee Horsley, Jr.

 Jack Lee Horsley, Jr. of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2024, at 75 years old. He was born June 5, 1949, in Indianapolis Indiana to the late Jack Lee Horsley, Sr. and Virginia (Gregory) Clonce. Jack had been a Maintenance person for several apartment complexes for many years. He was a member of the Ancient Landmarks Masonic Lodge #319 F & AM. Jack had a variety of interest to include, Fishing, playing Euchre, going to the Indianapolis Speedrome, most any kind of Auto Racing, IU Basketball, the Indiana Pacers, Indianapolis Colts, Hot Rods, Elvis, bowling, including going to the bowling alley to watch his children bowl, but he especially enjoyed supporting his grandchildren by attending their events. He was loved by many and will be missed. Jack is survived by his children, Bryan (Allison) Horsley, Jason (Carey) Horsley, Kevin (Linzi) Horsley, Jason (Casey) Harvey, his stepson, Josh Hazelwood, his grandchildren, Taylor, Hannah, Connor, Camryn, Gavin, Bailey, Everly, his sisters, Pam, Regina, Sharon, Sandy, Rhonda, his significant other, Rose Whisler, and his first wife, Linda Martin. Besides his parent, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Marcella “Marty” Horsley, his wife, Rosetta Hazelwood, his grandchild, Kailyn Horsley, and his brothers, John and Kenny Horsley. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024, 11:00am-2:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with the Funeral Service immediately following at 2:00pm. Jack will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery in West Newton, Indiana. The family request any memorial gift be directed to the American Heart Association.
