Hugh "Jerry" Weaver

Hugh “Jerry” Weaver,

85, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017. He was born on October 1, 1932 to the late Hugh R. and Nettie (Goodpasture) Weaver in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Jerry graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1950 and went on to graduate from the IU School of Business. He was an avid race fan, attending over 35 Indy 500 races in Indianapolis. Jerry worked for USAC Office and retired from Olin Brass. He had a passion for trucks and was a life-long west-sider.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; spouse, Judith Lynn Weaver; and a brother, John “Jack” Weaver. He is survived by his children Kevin Weaver (Kate Armstrong), and Karyn Walker (Mike); grandchildren, Jennifer Eavey (Brandon), Catherine Harris (Daniel), Scott Weaver (Galletana) and Nathaniel Mosiman; and 8 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 19 from 4-8pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis. Funeral services will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 20 at 10am.
