Howard M. Connolly

Howard M. Connolly of Carmel, IN, passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 82. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, on October 23, 1941, to parents, F. Randall and Grace (Easton) Connolly. He was a business owner for most of his life. His work was very important to him and he enjoyed meeting many people throughout the years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard. Howard enjoyed fishing, gardening, learning about the stock market and spending time with his family. He was known for his witty sense of humor.

Howard met his wife Barbara in Riverside, CA when they were teenagers. They married on September 19, 1964 and spent 60 wonderful years of marriage together; she survives. He is also survived by his sons, Sean (Sarah) Connolly and Stephen (Julie) Connolly as well as his grandchildren, Caitlin, Danny and Joe Connolly. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers Randall and Bruce Connolly.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Foundation through Purdue University Dance Marathon. His granddaughter Caitlin is supporting the cause and all funds go to Riley Children's Hospital.
