Helen P. Raab

Helen P. Raab, 90 of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023.  Helen was born in Indianapolis on March 6, 1932 to the late Robert P. and Ruth Ponton.  She was a graduate of Butler University.

Helen began her career at the Army Finance Center and for Blue Cross, later working as a teacher at Heritage Christian School. She was a member of Circle City Lacers.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, January 16 at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Helen was the widow of Herman Raab. She is survived by her daughters, Kathryn L. Ensminger and Victoria R. (husband, David) Leininger; grandchildren, Leah Ruth (husband, Jason) Cambra, Adam Ensminger, Cassandra (husband, Alex) Byrne, Chelsea Leininger and Noah (wife, Rachel) Leininger; great grandchildren, Justin and Alicia Cambra; sisters, Dorothy I. Stewart, Carolyn Sue Albert and Amy L. Teeter.
