Helen Allyne Lane

Helen A Lane, 64, peacefully passed away on March 22, 2022 at IU Methodist Hospital.

She was the wife of Darrell R Lane. They shared 47 years of marriage together.

Helen was born in Indianapolis, IN. She was preceded in death by son Daniel Lane, mother Janice Briggs, father Bill Proctor, and brother Jimmy Proctor.

She is survived by husband Darrell Lane; children Debra Ferguson (Matthew), Diana Lane, Donna Denny (Adam), Alishia Williams (Adam), and Stephen Lane; grandchildren Daniel, Dinah, Trey, Dawn, Jayden, Keegan, Mila and Zoe; sister Karen Cline (Lloyd).

The funeral will be held on March 28, 2022 at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park North. Visitation will be held 10am-12pm, followed by service. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home or Memorial donation can be made to March of Dimes.
