Harry L. Hamilton

Harry L. Hamilton, 82, of Indianapolis passed away on November 9, 2022. He was born in Banner, Kentucky on January 11, 1940, to parents, Tom and Bessie Hamilton.

During his life he worked for Banquet milk company, for the City of Indianapolis, and finally Richardson Rubber company as a mill wright until retiring. He loved to play his banjo and guitar (which he taught himself) at home on the front porch and in church.  You would find him at church or driving around town just to drive.

Harry is survived by his son, Dallas Hamilton, daughter in law Rozella Hamilton, granddaughter Alianna, step grandson Lane Foreback.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Clara, his parents, Tom and Bessie Hamilton, and his granddaughters, Katharine and Kristen Hamilton.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, from 1-3PM at Flanner Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St. The funeral will start at 3PM. Harry will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery.
