Harriet Marie (Wagner) Wetherald 99 of Avon formerly Indianapolis died August 28, 2017. Harriet was born in Indianapolis on May 04, 1918 to Albert Francis and Alberta Pearl (Schnell) Wagner. Harriet graduated from Washington High School class of 1936. Harriet was a long-distance telephone operator for Indiana Bell Phone Company where she retired in 1976. She was a former member of Speedway Christian Church and a current member of Plainfield Christian Church and a member of Order of the Eastern Star Corinthian Chapter #456 and Pioneers of America. Harriet was preceded in death by her husband; Russell Elden Wetherald in 1999. Calling and services will be held on Tuesday September 05, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan-Speedway from 3 to 7 pm with the O.E.S. service beginning at 7 pm followed by the funeral service. Harriet is survived by her daughter; Diana Marie (Ronnie) Collins two granddaughters; Laura Marie (Terry) Tyler and Lisa Eileen (Ron) Rader and 6 great grandchildren; Landon Rader, Lindy Ruth Rader, Isaac Rader, Noah Tyler, Mary Hope Rader and Kwabe Rader and her brother; Albert Francis (Miriam) Wagner Jr. Entombment will be held on Wednesday September 06, 2017 Washington Park East Cemetery at 10 am.
