Harold “Skeet” Krauthamer, 92, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully on February 7, 2018.
He was born on January 12, 1926 in Indianapolis to the late Charles and Helena Krauthamer. After graduating high school, he honorably served his country in the United States Army during WWII. Upon his return home he was an inspector and retired from Naval Avionics. Skeet met and married the love of his life, Giacinda, on May 28, 1953. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #713, a member of the Scottish Rite, and loved bowling.
He leaves behind his wife of nearly 65 years, Giacinda “Cindy” Krauthamer; daughter, Connie Wood (fiancé Ron Mooney); son, Michael Krauthamer; grandson, Jeffrey Thomas Wood (Wendie); 2 great-grandsons, Thomas Philip Wood and Declan Michael Wood; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to gather from 2:00-5:00pm on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East with a memorial service to begin at 5:00pm.
