Harold Franklin McCoy, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away December 25th, 2019. He was born November 25, 1935 in Indianapolis.
Harold worked as a tool and die maker at RPM Manufacturing for over 30 years. He also worked with the Indy Star for over 40 years. He was a loving husband and wonderful father. He enjoyed all sports, especially baseball and the Cubs, and going to Las Vegas. Above all, Harold loved spending time with his family.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents: Charles McCoy and Carrie (Loudermilk) McCoy, wife Loretta Sue (Tague) McCoy, son William G McCoy, granddaughter Amy McCoy and brothers: Kenneth and Ray McCoy and Sisters: Geraldine Woodrum, Maxine Sechman, Wilma Hanlon.
Harold is survived by his brother: Ronald McCoy; children Deborah (Pat) O’Malley, Melinda (Larry) Hadler, Sharon (Duane) Wells, and Timothy (Robin) McCoy; 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2019, from 2 to 4PM with Funeral Services to follow at 4PM at Flanner Buchanan- Washington Park East. Burial will take place on Monday December 30, 2019 at 12PM at Washington Park East Cemetery.
