Harold Elmer Francis

Harold Elmer Francis, 88 of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018.  Harold was born August 19, 1930 in Indianapolis to the late Harry and Aline Francis.  He retired from Western Electric as a supervisor after 35 years, he later worked at the Indiana Department of Motor Vehicles for 10 years.

Harold was a devoted member of Colonial Hills Baptist Church, Indianapolis.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm on Monday, November 5 at Colonial Hills Baptist Church, where the funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm.  Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.

Harold is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lueva “Billie” Francis; children, Bruce Francis, Brian Francis, Brenda (husband, James) Williams, Jerry McClatchey (wife Cynthia); grandchildren, Autumn (husband, Ben) Campbell, Brittany (husband, Josh) Mote, Andrew McClatchey, Kyle (wife, Allison) Williams, Kelsey (husband, Ben) Sullivan, Karly Williams, Kamry Williams; great grandson, Knox Mote.  He was preceded in death by his son, David Francis and brothers, Richard and Donald Francis as well as parents.
