Gregory F. Mitchell

Gregory F. Mitchell 67, of Noblesville, Indiana went to heaven peacefully on October 15, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lucille Mitchell, sister Sandy, and brother Bryan.

He is survived by his wife Cindy Mitchell of 44 years, his sons, Ryan and Adam and Arianna Kerr.  Sisters Linda Sweares (Tom), Sue Mitchell (Holly), Cathy Clark, his brother’s Mike Mitchell (Debbie), Rick Mitchell (Becky), Doug Mitchell (Cindy).  Granddaughters, Alexis Richmond, Brynn, Breah, and Braylee Mitchell.  Great-Grandsons, Jace and Kayden and many other family members and friends.

AKA: OG, Corvette Kid and Papaw Greg!!

Greg’s love and most prized possession was his 1970 corvette.  Family was important to Greg’s life and he loved them very much.  Greg was a good man and was loved by everyone.  He enjoyed working on cars with Ryan and hunting with Adam.  He loved his sons with all his heart.  He always said that Arianna was the little girl he never had.  He liked camping and going to car shows.

The visitation will be Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 4PM to 8PM at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Centers, 10722 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.  The service will be held Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 12PM.  Pastor David Altman will be officiating.  Graveside burial will be immediately following at Washington Park East Cemetery.

He fought a hard battle.  Remember him in your hearts, in your thoughts and in memories of the times you shared together.  For if you always think of him, he will live on in your hearts forever.
