Gordon R. Wiesner

Gordon R. Wiesner, 89 of Carmel, formerly of Anderson, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018.  Gordon was born Feb 14, 1929 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Raymond and Meta Wiesner.  He was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Gordon was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He worked for Delco Remy as a parts procurer.

Gordon was a member of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, the American Legion and the Anderson Elks Club.

Gordon was the widower of Evelyn Wiesner.  He is survived by his children, Dawn (David) Dvorak, Gregory (Angela McCallister) Wiesner and Timothy Wiesner; sisters, Carol Fliss and Mary Bodden; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 6:00 pm Tuesday, June 19 at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel, 325 E. Carmel Dr. Carmel, IN 46032, where family and friends are invited to gather from 4:00 to 6:00 pm prior to the service.
