Gloria Jean Kontor

Gloria Jean Kontor, 78, Noblesville, passed away January 2, 2019. She was born August 10, 1940, in Gary, IN the daughter of the late Julius and Antoinette (Kolodziey) Gudinas.

Gloria was a devout catholic and active member of St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church in Merrillville and Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Noblesville, and a member of her Cursillo Prayer Group for over 40 years. She enjoyed traveling and playing the slots but her greatest enjoyment was being with her family. She loved attending her grandchildren’s events and being their biggest cheerleader.

She is survived by her loving husband, Frank Kontor; daughter, Sheryl (Scott) Babb; son, Jeff (Robin) Kontor; and five grandchildren, Corey Babb, Matt Babb, Courtney Kontor, Jordan Kontor, and Frankie Kontor.

A memorial mass will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 9900 East 191^st Street, Noblesville, IN 46060. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
