79 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on February 21, 2023. Gloria was born on October 27, 1943, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late William and Florence Ray. She was a retired assistant manager for Dollar Tree. She was a volunteer at the Lord’s Pantry at Anna’s House. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Baldwin; brother, Thomas Ray; grandson, Andrew Baldwin; great grandchildren, Skyler Baldwin and Christen Baldwin and her parents. She is survived by her children, Brenda (John) Gibson, Tonya (Gary) Baldwin, William (Darcey) Baldwin, Charles Baldwin, Jr., Bradley Baldwin and Annette (Gene) Mathis; sister, Tammy Shinn; fourteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, March 3, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Friday, March 3, 2023, at 1 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
