George Richard Reilly

85, of Greenfield, went to be with Jesus April 23, 2019. He was born on February 23, 1934 in Indianapolis, Indiana as the son of James and Thelma Reilly.

George was a man who loved the Lord, his wife of 65 years and his family. He was a business owner and land developer. His priority was always on the customer and had the highest standards of integrity. He touched many lives in the Hancock County Area in so many positive ways. George will be especially remembered for his smile, kindness, generosity and friendliness.

George is survived by his wife, Nancy (Jeffries) Reilly; daughter, Christine Forcum (John); son, Steve Reilly (Wanda Webb); grandchildren: Jennifer Reilly Nims (Brent), Jeffrey Reilly (Anna), Jessica Reilly Kissel (Grant), Mark Forcum (Kalee); great grandchildren: Nathanael Nims, Noah Nims, Noble Nims, Nehemiah Nims, Sophia Reilly, Jensen Reilly, Luke Reilly, Nina Reilly, Josiah Kissel,  Lillian Kissel, Cora Kissel, Lawson Forcum; sisters: Margaret Shaw (Sonny), Phyllis Alexander (Alex).

He was preceded in death by his parents, listed above; brothers: Gordon, Gene, and John.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019, from 10-12pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. There will be a service following at 12pm also at the funeral home.
