George Nix, Sr.

George Nix, Sr. passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017, in Indianapolis, IN. He was the son of the late George and Josephine Nix of Poseyville, IN.

He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Bernice (Loehrlein) Nix, his children, George (Jill), Jerry (Laura), Chuck (Terri), Suzanne (Barry), Mike (Lynne), Richard, Kathryn; 18 Grandchildren, and 8 Great-Grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Betty Beuligmann (Eugene). George was preceded in death by his siblings Francis, Lucille, James, Erma, Eugene, and Carolyn.

George was a Regional Sales Manager when he retired from Philips Lighting.

A private burial service will be held in Indianapolis.
