George Edwin Haley

90, of Carmel, IN, passed away on December 21, 2019 in Indianapolis, IN.  He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.  He was a retired truck driver for Ellis Trucking Company, retiring in 1992.  He was a member of the Teamsters Local 135, Keling Kids Bowling League and Expo Bowl.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Haley and Elizabeth (Ferguson) Haley Trost; wife, Esther A. (Burgess) Linhart Haley; son, Delbert Linhart and siblings, Viola, Tom, Herbert and Pete.  He is survived by his children, Dennis M. Haley, Michele Light and Mellissa (Brad) Schroeder; thirteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be Sunday, December 29, 2019 from 2 to 6 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Services will be Monday, December 30, 2019 at 11 am at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.  Burial will follow at New Crown Cemetery, Indianapolis, IN.  Memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention to Cruelty to Animals).
