Georganne McMath

Georganne McMath 89, went home to be with her Lord on August 18, 2024. She was born on October 5, 1934 in Terre Haute, IN to George H. Peters and Nellie May (Booth) Peters. She graduated from Broad Ripple High School and attended Indiana University. She married her husband of 50 years, George R McMath, Jr, in1958. She was employed for 22 years at Sheats Supply Services where she was the general manager. She retired from Simris Industrial Supply as the general manager and was employed there for six years. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed playing golf, especially in the Thursday Ladies 9 hole League at Ellenberger Golf Course.

 Georganne was preceded in by her parents, husband George, sisters Marjorie Davis and Helen Peters.

 She is survived by daughter Lynn A Weathers, sons Robert B. McMath (Tricia) and Andrew E McMath (Susan). Grandchildren Eric and Brice Weathers, Emily, Molly, Erin, and Ian McMath. Micheal and Jonathan McMath. And five great grandchildren.

 Burial will be private, but a Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 14th, from 5:00-8:00pm at Northside Event Center & Social Club, 2100 E 71st St, Indianapolis, IN 46220
