Genevieve A. Kurz

Genevieve A. Kurz, 89, of Carmel, IN, passed away June 24, 2018. Genevieve was born in Minneapolis, MN on June 30, 1928 to parents, Walter B. and Lilian E. (Pikal) Boe. She spent her early years at home raising her family and later in life began a career with Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.

She was a member of King of Glory Lutheran Church, a world traveler, avid bridge player, and loved the challenges of puzzles & cryptograms.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Kurz and son, Thomas Kurz.

She is survived by her children: Joel Kurz and Katherine Wagner (Robert); grandchildren: Megan Ragonesi, Dana Kurz, Lindsay Kurz, Erin Kurz, Kyle Wagner and Alexandra Clemence; 6 great-grandchildren; as well as many other extended family and friends.

Friends may call from 3pm until 5pm on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Carmel, where her funeral services will immediately follow at 5pm. Inurnment will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Genevieve’s memory to the Salvation Army.
