Gary Eugene Phillips

Gary Eugene Phillips 68 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away unexpectedly on April 19, 2025. He was born on August 22, 1956, in Madison, West Virginia to the late Clarence Phillips and Frances (Green) Phillips Rains. Gary worked in construction and was a member of Indiana Labor Union # 120, Indianapolis. He enjoyed watching Western Movies, Music, fishing, bird watching, and family meals. Gary is survived by his sister, Joy (Gary) Bridwell, his brothers, Terry (Deby) Phillips, Steven Phillips, two children who reside in Virginia, Catrinia Phillips Masey, and Derrick Phillips Masey, and a Spouse, Deborah Phillips of North Vernon, Indiana, and a host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Jack Rains, Clarence Phillips, and brother Robert Phillips. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, 12:00pm-1:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Floral Park with the Funeral Service immediately following there at 1:00 PM.
