Gail Elizabeth Sexton

Gail Elizabeth Sexton, 50, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 18, 2018.

Gail was born in Shelbyville on August 21, 1967 to the late Michael and Janice Douglas. Gail graduated from Shelbyville High School and entered the healthcare field.  She held positions in health administration for most of her career with Maxicare, Community Hospital and Franciscan Alliance (formally St. Francis).  Gail made a mid-career change to become a Medical Esthetician.  She worked for Major Hospital’s Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as Medical Spa Services of Franciscan Health.  Gail went on to start her own business, known as Amazing Face Day Spa.  Gail holds an Associate’s Degree from IUPUI.

Gail was devoted to her family as a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She leaves behind her loving husband, Gary Sexton; children, Haley Oskins Britner (Joe), Whitney Oskins, Grant Werner, and step-children, Kimberly Sexton, Nicholas Sexton, Kayla Sexton McKay (Tim), and grandchildren, Jack, Eli and Finley.  Gail leaves behind a loving sister, Kelly Willard and numerous nieces and nephews.  Gail was preceded in death by her father Michael, mother Janice and her brother Steve. Gail was a spiritual woman and a member of Elevation Church in Indianapolis.

Friends and family are invited to gather at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 23, 2018 with a celebration of life beginning at 6:00 pm
