Gail A. Carter

84, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 12, 2018.  He had worked for the Indianapolis International Airport.  He was preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth, Paul and James Carter.  He is survived by his wife, Glenna M. Cater: sons, Richard and Alan Kivett; siblings, Aaron Carter, Charlotte Carter, Clyde Carter, Moran Carter, Robert T. Carter, Carolyn Perkins and Virginia Wheeler; grandsons, Richard A (April D) Kivett and Brandon L (April D) Douglas; great-grandchildren, Lydia, Ada Ian Kivett and Elam Douglas .  Services will be Friday, August 17, 2018 at 1 pm with visitation from 11 am till service time at Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.  Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant cemetery, Hall, Indiana.
