Frank Arthur Fisher

Frank Arthur Fisher, 88, Carmel, passed away July 24, 2022. He was born in South Bend, IN to John Charles and Helen Fisher. He graduated from South Bend Central High School in 1953 and went on to join the US Army, after which he went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University. He met and married the love of his life Rhea LeeAnn Stewart while still in college. Frank loved his job at Stokely-Van Camp and was an avid baseball player and golfer. He greatly enjoyed playing golf in the men’s group at Sahm in his later years, shooting his age over 100 times, with even some hole-in-ones. Spending time with his family and watching the Colts, Pacers, IU, Auburn, and PGA golf were his favorite things to do.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Rhea LeeAnn Fisher, brothers, Jack, Harry, and Bob Fisher.
Survivors include his children, John C. (Shannon) Fisher, Lynnette (Randy) Vogt, and Diane (Chris) Hill, grandchildren, Kiely (Jorge), Taryn, Shelby (Evan), Jay, Ebby, Kevin, Jake, Eagan, and Jaden, great-grandchildren, Isabelle, Braden, Landon, Liam, Piper, Everly, and Adley.
Visitation will be held Wednesday August 3rd from 1:30-2:30pm at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis. A memorial service will begin there at 2:30pm. Online condolences may be shared at www.flannerbuchanan.com.
