Francis "Frank" John Rattigan

Francis “Frank” John Rattigan passed away on October 31, 2020 at his home in Indianapolis, Indiana.

He was born on March 30, 1940 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Dan and Marie Rattigan.

Frank served his country in the US Navy. He served in various roles throughout his career and will be remembered as “grandpa” during his time working at Mount Comfort Elementary.

He enjoyed history, John Wayne, reading books, the casino, and his time living on the east coast with long walks on the beach.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years Deborah Rattigan; children Frank Rattigan Jr, Timothy Rattigan, Cheri Schroeder, Carly Glorioso, and Sean Rattigan; grandchildren Taylor Marksberry (Derek), Sydney Griffin, and Kendall Glorioso; great-granddaughter Blake Marksberry; sister Carol Warner; sister-in-law Barbara Rattigan; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Mary Beth Rattigan; parents; brother Dan Rattigan; and dogs Hondo and Oakley.

A Celebration of his Life will be held on Friday, December 4 at 11 AM at Flanner Buchanan  -Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis.
