Frances F. England

Frances Faye England (Sullivan), 82, of Indianapolis, passed away December 8, 2017. She was born on April 21, 1935 in Bethpage, Tennessee as the daughter of Charlie H. and Lola F. (Andrews) Sullivan.

Frances married Walter England and spent her life taking care of her home and family. She loved cats, antique shopping, collecting dolls and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frances will be lovingly missed by her children, Charles Thomas (Jean) England, Lina F. (Ronnie) Archer and Phillip C. (Tammy) England; sister, Virginia Mae “June” Dulworth; 7 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 4-7pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 10am, also at the funeral center. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
