Frances Cleo Foster

Frances Cleo Foster, 91, of Indianapolis, IN passed away April 16, 2020.

She was born on May 20, 1928 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Grover Bracken and Dorris O. Carrico.

Frances was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked in accounts payable and was promoted to manager of the credit union at L.S. Ayres & Company. Frances also loved to travel, read, dance, and help with church activities. She was a member of Amity United Methodist Church and attended Indian Creek Christian Church.

She is survived by her children, Karen Jean Livengood and Harold Edward Foster; grandchildren, Brian Christopher Yount and Michelle Christine Powell; great grandchildren, Brian Steven Yount, Sarah Nicole Powell, Rachel Michelle Powell, Sharlet Victoria Yount, and Leah Grace Powell.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold Eugene Foster.

The family is holding private services.

Memorial contributions in her name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
