Felice Ann Rader

Felice Ann Rader, Indianapolis, 63, passed away March 6, 2018. She was born in Hamilton, OH to George and Florence Lou West, Jr., who precede her in death. Survivors include her daughter, Cara (Kevin Jett) Tinsley, siblings, George (Beth) West III, Kimberly (James) Liddle, Krista (Scott) Engle, grandchildren, Taylor, Tori, and host of nieces and nephews, and her dear friend Carol. Visitation will be held Saturday at Flanner Buchanan-Broad Ripple from 2-4pm, with a memorial service beginning at 4pm.
