Faye  Marie (Phelps) Kellar

82, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on December 13, 2018.  She was born on April 16, 1936 in Morgantown, KY to the late Cecil and Elsie Phelps.  She was a member of Drexel Gardens Apostolic Tabernacle.  She was preceded in death by children, Billy Kellar, Sherry Faye and Carry Marie; brothers, Emmit Phelps, Billy  D. Phelps and Buddy Phelps and sister, Christine Embry.  She is survived by her husband, Robert G. Kellar; children, Albert (Debbie) Kellar and Robert (Darlene) Kellar; grandchildren, Tonya (Randy), Tommy (Lindsay), Robby, Coty, Ashli, Emily (Dustin) and Chad (Casey); great-grandchildren, Rachel, Hudson, Lucas, Jaela, Jordyn, Dallas, Khloe and Gatlin; brother, Richard (Helen) Phelps and sisters, Frances Green, Dorothy Graves and Margaret (Jim) Alexander.  Visitation will be Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 4 to 8 pm at Drexel Gardens Apostolic Tabernacle.  Services will be Monday, December 17, 2018 at 10 am at Drexel Gardens Apostolic Tabernacle.  Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.  Arrangements handled by Flanner Buchanan-Decatur Township.
