Evelyn Louise Knight

Evelyn Louise Knight, 86 of Indianapolis, IN passed away December 17, 2020. Evelyn was born August 31, 1934 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Vora and Lillian (Shields) Hamblen. She was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses. Evelyn is survived by her children, Vicky Johnson, Don Knight, Gary Knight, Ed Knight, Jeff Knight, Mark Knight, Sharon Spurlock, 24 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, her sister, Karen Johnson and her brother, Vora (Sonny) Hamblen. Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ulysses Knight and a son, U.G. Knight, Jr.. Services will be private, and she will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. Flanner Buchanan Floral Park is entrusted with these arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
