Eugene Cross

Eugene Cross passed away on October 21, 2022. He was born on February 25, 1929 in Burkesville, KY to his parents, Joe (Dewey) and Mary Cross.

Eugene was married to his beloved wife, Martha (Pratt) Cross, for 57 years. He also served in the Army during the Korean War. Eugene retired from Edgecomb Metals in 1991.

He is survived by his daughter; Odetta (Robert) Cadwell, his grandchildren; Jacob (Kasey) Cadwell, Jessica Cadwell, and his great grandchild; Dawson Cadwell.

Eugene is preceded in passing by his parents, his wife, his siblings; Geneva Cross, Eileen Cross, Opal Garner, Rhoda Mullins, Shelby Jean Flowers, and JD (Betty) Cross.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 27, from 11am to 1pm, with services beginning at 1pm at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, 46229. Eugene will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery.
