Elsie L. Hunt, 91, of Indianapolis, IN, was born October 3, 1924 and passed away on October 19, 2015. She was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky to Johnathan and Alvergie Armstrong while they were visiting there. Her family lived in Indianapolis and she grew up here, graduating from Arsenal Technical High School. She retired as Dr. Berj Antreasians assistant after 35 years of service. She assisted with front and back office duties. Elsie was a member of Calvary Tabernacle. She always loved garage sales and working with ceramics. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, William C. Hunt, her sister, Alberta and her brothers, Leslie, Earl and Herbert. Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lorraine Gentry and Elsies sisters, Loretta Anderson, Carolyn Snyder and Marilyn Bell. Friends are invited to visit from 4-8 PM Thursday, October 22, 2015 and from 10-11 Friday at Flanner and Buchanan Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis.
