Ellen Shelton

Ellen Shelton, 87, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016. She was born on February 12, 1929 in Louellen, KY to Lawrence and Nancy Griffey. Ellen is survived by her daughter, Patty (Bob) Ouellette; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Lawrence Griffey, Jr. and Arvel Griffey. Ellen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Shelton, Jr.; son, Doug Shelton; brothers, Grant and John Henry Griffey. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 1pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service, also at the funeral home.
