Elizabeth Jean Lee

Elizabeth Jean Lee, 82 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on May 11, 2021. She was born on March 31, 1939 in Bloomfield, IN to the late Gilbert and Marjorie (Howell) Allen. Elizabeth loved working with flowers and ran her own bridal company for many years. She enjoyed going fishing with her husband Danny. Elizabeth was the most amazing Mother to her five children, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She always provided love and support to them. Spending time with her family was her greatest joy whether it was a back yard cookout, a holiday get together or trail riding – if her family was all there – she was happy. Elizabeth was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Danny W. Lee Sr., children; Carla (Toni Mullins) Lee, Danny W. (Suzy Webb) Lee Jr., Tonya Elliott, Julie Stigall, grandchildren; Lindsay, Terah, Hollie, Taylor, Kyle, Trevor, Heather, Jennifer, Kayla, Clay, Jace, great grandchildren; Koy, Broc, Robert, Elijah, Kaelyn, Gavin, Ian, Beau, Gabriel, Jaxx and her brothers; Robert (Naomi) Allen, Jerry (Sharon) Allen. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Jeffery A. Lee, her brothers Gilbert (Buddy) Allen and William Allen, and her sons-in-law, Jim Elliott, and Mark Stigall. Visitation will be on Monday, May 17, 2021 5pm-8pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township with a service on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 10am. Elizabeth will be laid to rest at Centerton Cemetery, Centerton, IN.
