Ed H. Bacon

77 years old, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on February 2, 2017. He was born in Cadiz, Kentucky to the late Charlie and Allie Bacon. Ed was employed with the Railroad for over 40 years, after his retirement he was a driver. He was a member of Greater Northwest Baptist Church, where he attended faithfully. Ed enjoyed spending quality time with his family, fishing, and watching sporting events.
Ed is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Bacon; children, Cammelia Bacon-Cassagnol (Paul) and Oscar F. Logan, Jr. (Kenya); siblings, Rebecca Manning, Ivory Adams, Clyde Bacon, Peggy Thomas, Jerry Bacon, Virginia Bacon, Mary Penn, and Lou Williams. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Bacon; brothers, Henry, Harvey, James, and Ben Bacon; sister, Louise Bacon

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 10:00am – 12:00pm with Funeral Service at 12:00pm in Greater Northwest Baptist Church 3402 W. 62nd St, Indianapolis, IN 46268. Burial will follow in Washington Park North Cemetery.
