Earl Samuel Phillips, Sr., 84, Terre Haute, passed away May 7, 2019. Survivors include his companion of 55 years, Martha N. Belew, sons, Earl Samuel Phillips, Jr. (Rachel), William Belew, and Dylan Belew, grandchildren, William Belew, Jr. (Britanni), Amanda Belew, great-grandchildren, Bobbi Jo, Short, Chloe, Austin, Chrisa, Corey, Meadow, and John. Visitation will be held May 14, 2019 from 1:30p-3p at Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis. Funeral services will follow there at 3p.
