E. Janice Kendall

Janice Kendall, 85, Indianapolis, passed away April 25, 2018. She was born February 27, 1933, in Mahalasville, IN, the daughter of the late Bryan and Maribel (Winkler) Haase. She married Jack Joseph Kendall on May 17, 1957. He preceded her in passing in 1994, after 37 years of marriage.

Jan was a member of Tri Kappa Sorority. She enjoyed volunteering and surrounding herself with friends and family.

She is survived by two children, Carrie Houston and Brad (Marty) Kendall; five grandchildren, Zach, Garrett, Turner, Kendall, Allison; and three siblings, Tom (Judy) Haase, Dee Ellen Jarboe, and Jeff Haase. She was preceded in passing by a sister, Truth Schiffhauer and a brother, Mike Haase.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at Flanner Buchanan – Carmel, 325 East Carmel Drive. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the service.
