Dorothy Mae Thewlis

Dorothy Mae (Holdson) Thewlis died August 27, 2019. She was born in Sullivan, IN and graduated from Sullivan High School. She and her husband relocated to Indianapolis in 1955. She was in the retail business for 40 years, 30 of which were with Jean Lauder’s, Inc. She enjoyed her church volunteer work and was a sports enthusiast, closely following the Colts and Pacers. She is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Paul, and their son, Kevin. Survivors include her nephew, David Routt and longtime friend, Shon Ulrich.
